It is common practice for players to return to their mother clubs at the end of the season after spending time on-loan at another club.

For the duo of Luvuyo Phewa and Boitumelo Radiopane it is no different as they are set to return to Sundowns and Pirates respectively, as confirmed by the veteran agent.

"Well, the two players that we represent are actually loan players. That's Luvuyo Phewa and Boitumelo Radiopane. They will both return to their respective clubs. Vuyo to Mamelodi Sundowns and Radiopane back to Orlando Pirates," he told Gagasi FM.

"So you know, we are in the let's say the fortunate position that we don't have players at the club that we have to really concern ourselves about, but it's sad.  It really is because the club has big heritage and you know, I thought that they would have strengthened the team a little bit more than they did with a few more experienced players early on and then give themselves more of a chance to retain the PSL status.

"Sadly it wasn't to be and they're gonna have to work hard to get back into the top flight of South African football," he continued.

Phewa made 19 appearances for Spurs, while Radiopane's injury-ridden story saw him make just eight appearances in this campaign.
