Q.

my daughter is 11 years old. she has allergic rhinits.

she was on a steroid spray for one month but her nose was bleeding every day for the last 2 weeks. what other option do I have besides the steroid nasal spray. I do not want her to become dependent on it as well. the ENT did say that she needs to be on in everyday I don't want that but she really suffers during the season change not really everyday

There is no dependency problem with steroid nasal spray. It is a daily use product. If there’s a nosebleed check the angle of spray is correct and pause for 2 days.
