This is not an easy question to answer. The reason is that the special anti-reflux formulas (AR) are thickened and are usually not recommended for babies who are constipated. To start with, try a casein rich formula such as Lactogen1 for your baby as it should help to prevent his constipation. As regards his reflux, if it is severe and occurs after almost every feed your baby should be seen by a paediatrician. If your baby remains constipated please write in again and let me know. I will be pleased to advise you further. If you do need to write in again, please send it as a new question.
