Q.

Baby IQ

Hi,

I'm looking for advice on what to programmes to buy when looking to enhance a baby's development in terms of IQ.

My baby is as young as 2weeks. Is it too early for her and what is the right age to start her on.

Thanks.

It is far too early to try anything like this. Just bond with your new baby at this stage and enjoy her.

My LO is 11 months, and from birth I have played Majors for Minors Nursery Lullabys to him when I put him down to sleep. It is supposed to help stimulate a part of their brain to help with language, maths and science later in life. I don't know if it really works or not. My LO loves the music and who knows if it has helped him or not, but he started crawling at 6 months and walking at 10 months. Maybe he is just an early starter, or maybe the music helped. There is no harm in trying it.
