Sitting most of the time, can be the cause to serious, chronic back pain, as we are designed for movement, and not sitting.
The only way to treat the back pain, and prevent it from recurring, is to stand/walk more hours in your day, compared to sitting hours - and to walk your 10 000 steps a day.
