Q.

Severe sinus pressure when flying

Several times recently when descending in a plane I have gotten severe pressure in my right eybrow/sinuses. I thought I was having an aneurysm it was so bad. When we almost where landing it goes away. Please help with suggestions. I fly frequently and don't want this situation next time..

Likely to be from a partially blocked sinus. Try a decongestant spray for takeoffs and descents. If persistent one could have a look at a CT scan of the sinuses.
