Q.

Facial pressure

I have ongoing pain/pressure on right side of face only. 1 year in duration. Ear pressure (partially relieved by using a dental guard at night) no mucus, no headache, facial numbness, help! Just had a nasal endoscopy. ENT said deviated septum, eustachian dysfunction, chronic sinusitis. GERD, no evidence of any kind of infection. No polyps. Never any congestion for over a year. Some blood clots. This is making me so incredibly unhappy

You need a CT to confirm ENT findings. Could also be maxillofacial/dental.
