Q.

Dizziness

I got severe head revolving attacks while in bed at night time for 2 consecutive days. After that I am feeling constant recurring dizziness and numbness in my head. I got epley manuevor for several days but no result. I got Mri done it has some minor white spots. Doctor says they are age related not to worry. I realized that I have been suffering from constant mucus formation in my mouth for several months. Can that mucus be causing my vertigo? If so how can it be diagnosed? What tests can confirm it? Please elaborate. Raj

You describe the likely condition of  Benign Positional Vertigo. An Epley manoeuvre usually sorts it out. It shouldn’t have anything to do with mucous.
