Still struggling to breathe after septoplasty

I have done septoplasty and I still can't breathe properly. The doctors can't seem to understand why there is still inflammation. What other options are there at this point? Should I do a CAT scan?

It normally takes a few weeks, but yes, a CT scan to check for other instructions. It might be necessary to correct the nasal balance or to trim the turbinates.

I had Septoplasty on 24 Oct. My right hand nostril is doing well and air flows nicely. The septum was very crooked and impeded airflow. Now I am having recurring infections in the left nostril. I have very bad allergies my IgE index was 388. I take Fexo in the morning and use Triamist. My Huskies shed allor of hair. This year has been particularly bad. Lately I have yellow discharge from left nostril in the morning, but have no fever, pain etc. Any suggestions? Recommendations?
