Q.

Blood from one of right sinuses following cold

I’ve had a cold about 3 weeks ago, after the cold I developed viral sinusitis ( I regularly get this I think because of a blockage within my nasal cavity. The sinusitis started with green discharge and after a week appeared to be getting better but then it started to get worse, the discharge has turned brown and has a lot of blood it in, I also have a bad headache. The blood appears to be coming from one of the right sinuses, I am taking cortical steroids and using saline nasal washes, is it necessary that I see a doctor?

You might need an antibiotic as it’s getting worse.
