Incontinence after surgery

I suffer from incontinence since my prostate surgery 6 years back, am aged 72 is there any hope for me?"

Yes Mr William.

We would start with Pelvic floor physio.
Surgical options include an Advance sling, or an artificial sphincter.
Please discuss these options with your Urologist.
