Q.

Urinary incontinence during sex vs squirting

I have suddenly started what I think is urinary incontinence during sex and my partner insists is squirting. I don't drip. But the thing is that it doesn't happen during orgasm, it just happens. Also, it happens even when my bladder is empty. It is also not something I can stop and it also only seems to happen with manual and clitoral stimulation simultaneously. I don't have any other urinary incontinence at other times. I have had two children by natural birth. I do kegels multiple times per day and have done so since before my first pregnancy. I"m in my early 40s and generally fit and healthy. Is this incontinence or is my partner correct?

It is difficult to comment, I would suggest a Gynaecologist appointment to discuss this further.
