See if the antibiotics work - it is probably going to alleviate some pressure, but its unlikely to remove all the fluid unfortunately. Your best bet is to see an Ear Nose and Throat surgeon who will be able to either make a small incision into the eardrum to immediately alleviate the pressure / fluid build up, or place a grommet into the ear drum to allow instant relief.
