Q.

Ruptured ear drum

Three days ago, I was assaulted on my right ear. Ever since then, my ear feels like it`s blocked and filled with air and unable to hear properly. And when I blow my nose, air seems to come out of it.

I would recommend that you see your ENT for an assessment to find out whether the entire eardrum is ruptured or whether it has just a small hole.  Depending on the size, it will either heal on its own, or require a skin graft to repair it.
