UK Flu Jab

I'm coming to South Africa in June but understand that the Influenza virus is quite virulent. I've had my 2018/2019 vaccine jab in England so am I safe and protectef.

Yes, you should be safe, because our flu season 'follows' yours, but the flu virus mutates all the time and one is still at risk to contract a different strain of the flu. So try and keep your immune system strong and take an immune boosting supplement. Good luck.
