Q.

Blood sugar levels

Partner has BS constantly 16-19 tonight it's 20 , she is asleep  most of the day & refuses to be roused or cannot stay awake she tells me the cause of late nights & refuses responsibility. What can I do? Partner is 49yo, 19 stone female type 2 for 10 years suffers from unstable personality disorder, PTSD, Depression & Autism

Your partners levels are too high, and likely contributes to the tiredness
They will need to address the diabetes and make lifestyle changes, as well as start medications if not already on. By the sounds of it they will also need to see a psychiatrist to(if not already seeing one) to help them adjust to the diagnosis of diabetes, and to help them to accept treatment for it
