Q.

PP around 200

Dr. Sir, I, am 52 yrs male, diabetes for 15 yrs PP sugar maintained around 150-160 with Glycomet GP2 before breakfast. But for the past 6 months PP sugar is around 200. Three weeks before Dr added Tenepride-20 mg after breakfast. Now the PP sugar is 153. PL advise can I take Tenepride-20 mg on alternate days.

Hi

Tenepride is a daily medication, and has not been tested as an alternative medication. You will therefore need to continue to take it daily, especially as your glucose levels are not well controlled at present
