Q.

Ants

Hi, I am a 29 year old bearded male who uses razor to shave my beard. Since I am in a rush, sometimes I leave my razor with hair residues still on its blade. One night however, when I was about to use my razor again, I saw it being swarmed with ants, particularly on its blades. Since we know that ants are attracted to sugar, could this be a sign that I have diabetes? Thank you.

Hi

I haven't come across this before, and I would think that if your glucose levels are high enough to appear on the hair, then you would have other symptoms like increased thirst, passing lots of urine , blurred vision and tiredness. If the aforementioned symptoms are present, then I would test your glucose levels
