Posture brace

Could you recommend a good posture brace? I'd like to retrain my muscles for good posture. The exercises I've done isn't working as well as I'd hoped. I also have very stiff back muscles, and wonder if this may complicate correcting my posture.

Good day,

Our posture is moulded over 24 hours of each day. This means, that even your sleep posture plays a role.

To answer your question: strengthened back muscles are allways better for your muscular health, than wearing a brace. The problem with a brace is that it prevents movement, and therefore, you do not strengthen optimally.

My suggestion is that you continue with your exercises, consider doing other exercises as well; and alter your posture often during the day, as well as when sleeping.
