Sternum pains

Chest pain that doesn't go away. Inhaling and exhaling is my biggest problem

There are many causes of this type of pain including acid coming up the food pipe, lung problems, heart problems, and sometimes rare things that can affect the mediastinum (space between the heart and the lungs).  If it's persistent and bothering you you should get it checked out.
