You may benefit if your doctor runs some diagnostic blood tests and xrays such as a full blood count, ESR, Total IgE and limited CT scan sinuses to determine if you have a chronic facial sinus infection, especially in the light that antibiotics and oral steroids temporarily alleviate the condition.
