Q.

Chronic fatigue due to hay fever

Every year around April , I get hayfever slight coughing nose runny , but mainly chronic fatigue ,hardly get out of bed ,or do anything ,like walk my dog ,,this can go on for months ,,,,if its very windy ,i dont feel so fatigued,

We don't have any pollen around in April to cause hay fever in South Africa.  Hay fever symptoms with discoloured discharge, post nasal drip, low grade fever and fatigue may be due to sinusitis. Ask your GP to check you out and see if you need a steroid nasal spray or even antibiotics.
