Q.

Allergic to bees

My 7 year old is highly allergic to bees , we carry an epi pen , would you recommend any further treatment / precaution ?

There is a treatment called desensitisation immunotherapy, to treat the bee allergy. It involves injections of a venom substitute, but requires weekly then monthly injections for years, so may not be tolerated by a 7 year old.
