Struggling to lose weight

hi there. im a healthy 37 year old female.i eat less than 1200 calories a day.no sugar, no carbs, almost zero fat.i cook all my own food & im extremely cautious about what i eat.i cant lose any weighti dont understand after 2 months of eating like this and exercising 3-4 times a week that i still havent managed to loose 1 kilo. could it be metabolic problem, because it is almost as if i am living on nothing and still cant lose anything. i feel deflated as i am so strict as to what i eat. what could the problem be here?
