Swollen Epiglottis?

I have been losing my voice for 3 days with a minor sore throat and awful cough. I looked in my throat it looks like my Epiglottitis is swollen (not sure) and now it feels like every time I swallow there’s a ball in my throat.

Hi
Yes, it is very possible - and usually one needs antibiotics to clear the infection of the epiglottis, so rather go to the doctor to make sure of the diagnosis and get a prescription. Good luck.
