Dismissal

Can you be dismissed in absentia if you don't turn up for a disciplinary enquiry? Is the company allowed to withhold your salary for any reason?

You can be dismissed in absentia if you don't turn up for a disciplinary enquiry.  The company cannot withhold salary which is due and payable.
