Blood pressure monitor for 80 year old female

My machine is for left arm Will I get accurate results if I use right arm which I have to do because of left mastectomy

The right arm is usually the arm with the highest blood pressure readings, and should be used at all times to measure accurate blood pressure readings. Machines will work on both arms.
