The Siya crew reported recently that SuperSport United coach Gavin Hunt had still yet to open talks over a new contract.

Now, news reaching our desk indicates that there are some developments from Matsatsantsa regarding the future of their head coach, whose two-year contract runs down on June 30 at the end of the season.

Hunt rejoined the club, where he was most successful, winning three league titles between 2008 to 2010 prior to leaving them for the now defunct Bidvest Wits, where he also clinched the championship in 2017.
