The MIP is an Executive Master's program integrated into the academic program of the body governing European football, aiming to provide former and current players, as well as referees, with the skills for a successful transition from the pitch to management in the world of football.

The program consisted of three sessions in different countries. The inaugural session which took place in Switzerland. It addressed the landscape of professional football.
