Ready, set, breakfast!

It’s School Health Week and we’d like to highlight the importance of good nutrition in developing young minds.

Children cannot focus and concentrate if they are hungry, and a good breakfast will set them on the right track each day.  Examples of healthy breakfast include wholegrain cereal with milk or an egg and toast.

They also need a snack during the morning and this could include a peanut butter sandwich or fruit and yoghurt.
