Don't let it all go this weekend

It’s Healthy Lifestyle Awareness Day on the 22nd of February.

Most of us will be relaxing and enjoying some time off this weekend.  However, there’s no reason the weekend should equal "letting it all go". 

A healthy lifestyle is about being active, eating a healthy and balanced diet, and spending time unwinding from all the stresses of life. So, by all means chill out, but make sure you also enjoy some healthy food and exercise. We hope that you get the balance right!
