Hallo James,

It sounds as if there is nerve involvement in this complaint.

The nerves run from our brains, down the spine.  From the spine, they branch into our arms and legs.  In this braid of soft tissue, it often happens that they develop symptoms when there is stiffness in surrounding tissues.

The best you can do, is to keep on moving, even when you feel the discomfort.  If there is no positive response within a few days, please visit your doctor/physiotherapist?

All the best,
Susan Grobler
