Q.

Patient discharged from hospital

Can a patient be discarded from hospital to his home with a infection count of 155 or above 50.

The patient was diagnosed with lung infection and admitted to ICU with a infection count of 350

Yes it is possible to be discharged with that kind of a count though I don’t know exactly which biomarker you are talking about.  Discharge is decided on the clinical condition of the patient.  Sometimes the biomarkers in blood can take many days to come down whilst the patient can still take antibiotics at home.
