Q.

Treatment for water in the knee.

Found from the scans that there seems to be excess fluid in the knee after complaints of one leg being heavy or swollen and painful while walking

You have an effusion in the knee, mosy likely due to inflammation.

The fluid (not water) needs to be aspirated (drawn out) and sent for chemical analysis, especially crystals of uric acid.. We would need to exclude GOUT. Your doctor should also check the uric acid in the blood.
