Painful ankles and feet

I fell about a month ago, landing on my left side, face down. I noticed my left hip area towards my left buttock hurt afterwards. There was/is no visible bruising anywhere. Shortly after, I developed swelling an pain in my left ankle, knee, left foot, left hand, and third finger on the left hand. This swelling and pain has now spread to my right ankle and foot. Pain also extends up into my calf area on both legs. Bearing weight on either foot has become painful. I wear compression socks, I have used heat/cold packs, alternating, and epsom salts, elevate my legs in bed at night, try to drink plenty of water daily, have had no prior issue with any pain in my joints. I am stiff in the morning badly now, suddenly. I finally broke down and took some Tylenol Arthritis which did help alleviate some pain, but I am very concerned that this is osteoarthritis. No redness or nerve type pain in either ankle/foot. It came on so suddenly! Are there any herbal remedies for this?

Your symptoms are unlikely to be due to osteo arthritis.

They are more likely to be due to rheumatoid arthritis or Gout.
You should see a rheumatologist
In the meantime, you could try anti-inflammatory like Voltaren 50mg 3 times a day.
