Q.

Sinus blockages

My sinuses become blocked every day at 04hr00 and 14hr00. I live in the Midlands of KZN which apparently has a high pollen problem. Why this regularity?

Thats a curious time to get pollen allergies as the pollen count usually peaks at 11.00am and and 6.00pm in the summer causing sneezing.  House dust mite allergy usually causes early morning blockage that improves over the course of the day.

Perhaps buy a new pillow (to reduce dust mite exposure at night) and see if there is any improvement.
