Either way, the Sports Science Institute of SA’s innovative 8-week programme, aptly named GO-4-IT, aims to get you there.Realise your 'it'Whether your goal is to shape up; to get some zip back into your life, to realise a sporting goal, to get stronger and bigger, or meaner and leaner, let GO-4-IT help you realise your “IT”! This highly individualised programme starts off with comprehensive health and fitness testing to ascertain your baseline levels. These results are then used by a biokineticist to design your individualised training programme.Read: Get up and running the OptiFit wayWhilst three to five sessions of exercise per week might be prescribed, (depending on your individual needs and resources), every week, two of these sessions are a one-on-one supervised session.
