If you are injured on duty, does this fall within your normal sick leave or is it separate. Can you also please advise whether you must produce a doctors certificate if you are of for 1 day being a Monday or a Friday.

Re: Sick leave

If you are injured on duty it falls within your normal sick leave. The production of a medical certificate for being off on a Monday or Friday is in accordance with the possible rules of the company, but not in accordance with the Employment Act.
