Cholesterol (HDL te Laag)

Goeiedag Ek wil weet of daar oefening 'n mens se HDL kan verhoog? My HDL is 0.9 en moet minstens 1.2 wees. Ek is op 'n Lae GI dieet en doen slegs bietjie strek oefening en probeer 20 min per dag op 'n tredmil loop? Dankie
