International Relations and Cooperation Minister Naledi Pandor says it is high time law enforcement dealt with the "rogues" plaguing South African society.
Pandor was speaking on Thursday at the University of Fort Hare in Alice, in the Eastern Cape, on the sidelines of a public lecture in honour of her grandfather, academic Zachariah Keodirelang "ZK" Matthews. The lecture was delivered by national health ombud Malegapuru Makgoba.
Pandor remarked on the murders and corruption that have wracked the university, saying they were a reflection of what is happening in many institutions around the country.
