Symptoms of glaucoma

Unfortunately, in the early stages, primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) may not affect vision or present with any symptoms. 

Other forms of glaucoma may present with the following symptoms: 

  • Sudden loss of vision
  • Severe eye pain
  • Nausea
  • Vomiting
  • Tearing
  • Sensitivity to light
