New research shows that low numbers of vaccinated people are hospitalised for Covid-19.

The study published in The BMJ assessed the impact of Covid-19 vaccines in hospital admissions and deaths related to the virus.

The researchers from the UK used a QCovid tool, which identifies vaccinated people who are at most significant risk of severe Covid-19 leading to hospital admission or death from 14 days after their second dose.
