Vit B6 fights colon cancer

If you want to increase your chances of avoiding the dreaded colonoscopy, here's your shopping list: cereals, vegetables, bananas, avocados, poultry and fish.

Vitamin B6 appears to play a beneficial role in preventing colon cancer, a study published on Tuesday concluded.

Vitamin B6 is found in cereals, vegetables, poultry and fish as well as in some fruits like bananas and avocados.
