Dodgy ED drugs can bring you down

All those spam ads promising potency and relief from erectile dysfunction may be selling knock-off drugs that are either contaminated, sometimes with potential toxins such as lead or mercury, or contain incorrect dosages of the active ingredient – if any at all.

Online versions of impotency drugs could be especially dangerous for patients being treated for hypertension or heart disease, and could potentially interact with other medications to put them at risk. The experts agree: stay away from non-prescription erectile dysfunction drugs and rather ask your doctor for help.
