Not many people know how to tackle a high fever. But your actions could save a life.

Take action:

A fever of up to 38°C can easily be treated by drinking plenty of cool water, but when it comes to fevers even marginally above that, experts say you should put an ice pack under the patient’s arm or near their groin to cool the body's core. Then get to a doctor as quickly as possible.
