The history of Cape Town Pride

Here are a few of the pictures taken at this year's Cape Town Pride 2011, which took place in Greenpoint.

Cape Town Pride is a Section 21 Non-Profit Organisation that is committed towards being inclusive and encompassing.

The festival features an assortment of events such as exhibitions, fashion shows, parade, seminars, book fairs, balls, parties, and the main attraction: the Pride Parade, which draws thousands of people every year. (Zaakirah Rossier, Health24, March 2011)
