What do you do to spice up your sex life? No one likes a predictable and dull sex life and, over the years, people have become very creative in their efforts to keep things hot and happening.
Top of the list, according to the Woman’s Health and Men’s Health Sex Survey of 2013, is good old dirty talk. The power of words in the game of seduction should never be underestimated. A bit of naughty talk and/or swearing can be especially powerful when it comes from someone who doesn’t normally do so. It heightens the feelings of excitement and desire.
For others, it’s watching porn with their partner that does the trick. And, if they don’t have any porn on standby, they simply create their own! Thirty-three percent of the sex survey respondents said they loved filming and photographing themselves. Filming yourselves while in the act, creates an element of voyeurism, of being watched, which can be very exciting.
Many couples also take great pleasure in watching themselves after filming. In fact, they find it so sexy that it often leads to another round. Just remember to delete all evidence after you've had your fun. You don't want it to land in the wrong hands...
Then there is phone and online sex. Whether you send a horny SMS to your lover, talk dirty on the phone, get naked while Skyping or are having virtual sex in a chat room, more than half of the sex survey respondents simply love it.
Why is it so hot? It’s the incredible power of suggestion and imagination. Nothing makes you so hungry for sex than not being able to touch and feel someone physically.
