Sex should be the most natural thing in the world. Anything as powerful as the human sexual drive should be clear-cut and relatively easy, right?

Not so. Throw in all the dynamics that come with sexual interaction - such as differing appetites, emotions and physical conditions - and the waters can become very muddy indeed.
