I always thought once I got married I would break it off but now I can’t. I’m in love with my mistress. I am now beginning to think it is her I should have married. I love my wife but not as much as I love my mistress.

You only have two choices. Either you ask for a divorce from your wife and hook up with your mistress or you stop sleeping with your mistress and work on your marriage. You cannot have it both ways.
Imagine if your wife took another guy in and, whenever you are away, this guy roams the house, eats your food and enjoys your wife for dessert. That wouldn’t be cool, right? So, why are you doing this?
One day she’s going to find out and your marriage will be over because it shouldn’t have gone ahead in the first place.
