Sexual superhero: visualisation

Visualisation is a powerful tool that is taught in this step of the Sexual Superhero programme.

This is Step 5 of the Sexual Superhero programme for premature ejaculation which was developed by Jonti Searll.

Find a comfortable place to sit or lie, keep your feet uncrossed, hands at your sides; take a few deep breaths in and out, and with each breath, allow yourself to relax more and more.

  • In a room there’s a bed.
  • See yourself on the bed with your lover (If you don’t have a partner you can use the exercise to help create the lover you’d like)
  • See yourself having a strong, powerful erection. Feel it! See yourself having sex, being in control, as long as you like.
  • Feel what that’s like, relish in the sensation of being an awesome lover, pleasuring yourself and your partner.
  • Keep breathing deeply, your body relaxed.
  • See yourself in different positions, your body working just as you’d like it to.
  • When you start to get bored and it becomes harder to concentrate, thank your lover for sharing this pleasure with you.
  • Take a few deep breaths.
  • Slowly open your eyes.
